At Australasian Recruitment Company we have a live pool of highly motivated, skilled, professional office support staff who are looking for temporary, permanent and fixed-term contract opportunities in London. If you’d like to discuss your recruitment needs with one of our recruitment consultants then please do not hesitate to contact us.

All of our candidates complete a thorough registration process that typically takes between 1–2 hours, depending on their skills and experience. During this process, they meet with two consultants to ensure all details are covered. We also carry out Microsoft and skills testing, right-to-work verification, and employment reference checks.

Each candidate meets with two recruitment consultants to discuss their experience, personality traits and motivators so we can understand what they’re looking for in a job. Our candidates complete Microsoft Office Testing for Word, PowerPoint and Excel and a copy typing test to test speed and accuracy of typing. All proof of rights to work documents are checked and kept on file and we ensure we obtain employment references.
We work hard to ensure that our candidate pool is live, up-to-date and ready to go so if you call us in the morning with an urgent assignment, we can have someone with you the same day.

All of our recruitment consultants are supported by a resourcer who will actively search the job boards for candidates that would be suitable for your roles, a candidate management team who screen thousands of CVs and meet with suitable candidates and a business operations team who can cater for any bespoke management reporting you require.
